REACTION - The Folks Hacking Apex and Titanfall Are Actual Helmets

Titanfall 1 on PC has issues, yes. It’s a fact that Respawn have repeatedly acknowledged. They know the situation needs to be improved, and they’re on it. However, hackers are repeatedly DDOS’ing both Titanfall games, and even Apex Legends has recently come under fire.

All this is doing is creating headache’s for an already busy team desperately scrambling to stop these basement dwelling shit stains from doing any more damage. However, I’m not entirely convinced by Chad Grenier’s recent comments about this causing delays to the development of cross progression; monitoring live service issues and developing a unified account merge feel like completely different departments / expertise (at least on paper).

So other than some wonky false equivalency, I have huge respect for the entire Respawn team who are trying their level best to handle what must be an incredibly demoralising situation.
