Modern Warfare 2 gets a bunch of PlayStation exclusive perks and the hypocrisy burns brighter than a flaming anus.

Sony have been slapping Microsoft around like a wet salmon lately with CMA investigations and a functional first party release schedule (SAUCE!).

This Activision buyout seems no closer to a resolution, and as expected, Call of Duty remains a gulag sized elephant in the Warzone (Enough fucking araaaaaand. Get ready to jump you slaaaags).

What makes this whole situation painfully fascinating is the blatant hypocrisy on Sony’s side of the fence. Yes these deals were inked long before Phil dropped the money hat, but ol’ Jim Ryan has been making the case that Call of Duty is too big of a peen to be included in Game Pass moving forward.

They’re actively trying to stop a deal based on the risk of possible exclusivity, while PlayStation players continue to enjoy the benefits of double XP, battle pass tier skips, operator skins, and extra loadout slots.

When put into perspective, hardly an earth shattering loss for folks on other platforms, but it contributes (however redundantly) to a narrative that PlayStation’s PR team has gone feral. What a load of balls.
